PHILOLOGICAL COMMENTARY
  • The reading NÍG.GA is problematic. The remnants of the second sign on the hand copy (KAL 1, 172–75, 18) do not fit well with the reading GA. It has nevertheless been read here as GA as the NÍG is clear and NÍG.GA 'property' or ‘wealth’ is a common object for GU7.
