<p>In <em>If a City</em> 2, 283, K 03726+ <em>iii</em> 1-2 (Ex(1)) are associated with K 06315+ 7' (Ex(2)) as omen *38.18', while K 06315+ 6' (Ex(2)) is numbered *38.17', together with the last line on the obverse of K 03726+, i.e., <em>ii</em> 49. Collation has shown, however, that <em>If a City</em> 2's (274-75, *38.17') reconstruction is based on a series of incorrect readings regarding: the verb of the protasis in K 03726+ <em>ii </em>49 (see the comment to <a href="https://tieromina.acdh-dev.oeaw.ac.at/omens/Omen-38-17-/tei">38.17'</a>), the protasis in K 03726+ <em>iii </em>1 and K 06315+ 6' (see score), and the apodosis in K 03726+ <em>iii </em>2 and K 06315+ 7' (see score and, for K 06315+ 7', see the commentary to <a href="https://tieromina.acdh-dev.oeaw.ac.at/omens/Omen-38-20-/tei">38.20'</a>). Collation of K 03726+ <em>iii</em> 2 has revealed the remains of a single horizontal wedge preceding <em>di-nim</em> which does not fit well with <em>If a City </em>2's (274-75, *38.18'), reconstruction of the apodosis as [INIM] <em>di-nim im-ma-an</em>-[<em>gar</em>] '[a matter] of a lawsuit will be acce[pted]'. It has been read [<em>in</em>]<em>a</em> in the present edition.</p>
