<li>The above omen’s protasis is reconstructed from <a href="https://tieromina.acdh-dev.oeaw.ac.at/omens/Omen-32-A-37/tei">32.A.37</a>. The Assur omen’s apodosis writes KAR-­<em>ta</em><sub>5</sub> instead of the syllabic writing <em>ár-bu-ta</em><sub>5</sub> for the accusative of <em>arb</em><em>ūtu</em> ‘ruin’ above. See the commentary there for the translation of <em>kupput.</em></li>
<li>The manuscript’s hand copy shows the modern copyist drew <em>nu</em> instead of <em>ár</em> (See also <em>If a City </em>2, 186 n. 39). As <em>ár</em> is the expected reading, based on <a href="https://tieromina.acdh-dev.oeaw.ac.at/omens/Omen-32-A-37/tei">32.A.37</a>, and a broken <em>ár</em>­ could have similarities to <em>nu</em><em>­</em>, we follow <em>If a City </em>2 (186, 32.39) and read <em>ár-bu-ta</em><sub>5</sub>.</li>
