PHILOLOGICAL COMMENTARY
  • Collation of the manuscript shows a break between the signs read as ˹É˺ and -šá. On the edges of the break, there are traces of a sign. They are too fragmentary to read, but we follow If a City 2 (193, 32.61’, Ex(1)) and read ŠÀ. The traces fit and ŠÀ is to be expected with the verb DÙG-ab ‘to be happy’.
