  • The above omen triggers a sequence of omens (32.A.57 through 32.A.62) about lizards giving birth in various areas in and around a man’s house. See the discussion on the translation of lizard reproduction at 32.N.53’.
  • See also 32.S.74. Though the two omens are similar, the Sultantepe lizard gives birth under the KUN4 ‘threshold’ of a man’s house, instead of the sūtu-measurement vessel.
